Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering offers postgraduate programme in Electrical Power Engineering popularly known as M.Tech (EPE) in EEE. With about 20% of our undergraduate alumni pursuing post graduation abroad and many others placed in national and international organizations, the department is well recognized for its workshop-training style and methodology of productivity. It encourages its students to involve in a participatory environment where individual explorations, group conceptual ideation and real-time illustrations from the industry motivate learning.

The department ensures that the framework of time-bound assignments complimented by laboratory observations and simulations helps students grasp the nuances and intricacies of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

The current course of study under this department is intensive of Power Systems in Electronics and Control Systems, Circuits and Electromechanics.
