She has had over 25 years of clinical experience and over 15 years of administrative and teaching experience in the discipline of nursing in the country. Throughout her career, Dr. Indira has innovated actively in research with academic papers on budgeting, time management and therapy published in Nurses of India publication and also during National Nursing Conference. She is recognized as a life-member at the Trained Nurses Association of India and Sigma Theta-Tau International society.

She has been examiner for Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Annamalai University, Dr. MGR Medical University, Ramachandra University, Saveetha University and SRM University. Throughout her career, Dr. Rajeswari has innovated actively in research, recognized as a life-member at the Trained Nurses Association of India
