This role is based at Nellore to handle entire HR gamut for one of the Largest Hospitals of Narayana Group, Medical College & Professional colleges.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning. Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
Leverage extensive HR background to effectively manage employee engagement, performance management system, employee retention
Has good experience with PMS process and understands implementation of the PMS framework and activities
Understanding of Compensation & benefits principles and frameworks
Design and run surveys to evaluate employee satisfaction regarding the benefit packages
Coordinate with functional Managers for completion of quarterly and annual appraisals
Monitor daily attendance. Submit Monthly report and Investigate and understand causes for employee absences.
Responsible for maintaining & tracking Attendance, Leave, LOP for all employees as per policy through Internal HRMS Portal.
Process the applications for Leave Encashment, Personal Loan Salary advances for the eligible staffs as per company’s policy.
Monitors access control software - Internal HR Software (Activation & deactivation of relieved employee’s IDs / access cards/Id card, & new team updating etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge and experience in HR Statutory Acts & Labour Laws.
Exceptional Communication & Presentation skills.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources
Atleast 7+ years in Core HR & Recruitment with leading Hospitals
