Lab Incharge/Lab Operations - Jr. Executive/Lab Operations - Executive
Role: Lab Incharge / Jr. Executive – nLearn Lab Operations / Executive – nLearn Lab Operations.
Experience: 0 to 1 Years.
Locations: Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Education: Any Graduation.
Work Location: respective Branch in AP and TS state.
Roles:
- Track and maintain lab devices engagement data. Own the responsibility of Lab Success.
- Coordinate with Academic staff or branch management for optimum utilizing the nLearn/Computer lab through scheduled tests and practice sessions.
- Ensure all the Lab devices are with updated with latest operating systems, browsers, application .apks and security walls installed such SureMDM/Scalefusion.
- Ensure that all the lab devices are working and required to identify, report and coordinate with concerned team members for repairs, if any.
- Ensure the devices are protect from being theft or damaged. Proper storage of devices and charges are extremely important.
- Extend technical and non-technical support to the students while using the devices in the lab.
- Work very closely with branch management to execute the Adhoc requirements provided by them that may include classroom inspections, offline exam support and others.
Specific Required Skill Set:
- Good at communication and collaboration.
- Learning attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Education technology products would be a plus.
- Should be able to take ownership and drive the initiatives.
- Relationship Management is extremely important.
- Preferred language are Telugu and English.
- Working knowledge in MS Office Excel.
